NZTE are looking for an Office Manager/ Events Coordinator for New Zealand Trade and Enterprise’s Washington DC office – assisting New Zealand business grow internationally – bigger, better, faster – for the benefit of New Zealand. A key member of their dynamic team, you will be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly along with the coordination of quality events for customers and government officials. This is temporary position (approximately 3 months) to cover maternity leave.
This role will keep you on your toes and put your events management and financial skills to the test. Your outstanding administration skills and exceptional ability to organise and prioritise will be critical to your success. Your positive style will make you shine in the office; energised by variety, nothing will be too much trouble for you.
