The Head of Corporate Strategy & Performance is responsible for leading the development of the strategic direction for this organisation on behalf of the Executive Team. This role is also accountable, in conjunction with business partners, for ensuring that the organisation’s approach to strategic execution maximises performance, and that they are consistently at the forefront of innovation and the reinvention of their service.
This role will suit a left-field thinker with an eye for business opportunities and an appetite for research driven innovation. The ongoing design and operation of appropriate performance monitoring and reporting frameworks for communication to the Executive Team and the Board is a key focus area of this role. You will have a thorough and innovative approach to identifying growth opportunities and strategic partnerships for a financial services organisation.
This Auckland based role requires an individual with extensive and large scale corporate strategy experience, gained within a large and complex enterprise or a highly reputable consultancy services organisation. A background in financial services is essential. You will have proven leadership in driving and determining strategy for a complex organisation, with visible organisational change and success.
