This new senior leadership role, within the newly created International Office, leads a team of dedicated Regional Managers and has responsibility for the strategic development, operational management and business planning activities driving the international recruitment function. To succeed, you will need to relish engaging and collaborating with your Faculty colleagues and have demonstrable strengths in relationship and stakeholder management with a focus on people and systems management in the international Higher Education sector.
You will have sound business acumen, financial management and strategic thinking skills, demonstrated knowledge and experience with staff management and leadership and excellent communication and influencing skills. An inherent focus on return on investment, data driven decision-making and ongoing trend analysis together with a passion for outstanding client service delivery is essential. Enthusiasm for exploring new markets, consolidating existing markets and international travel is also critical.
It is essential you have an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent relevant work experience, with a post-graduate qualification preferable.
