For marketers in APAC, Facebook offers the unique combination of mass reach, precision and data-driven targeting and a suite of creative advertising formats. Facebook’s marketing solutions, which include Facebook, Instagram and the Audience Network, have a massive growth opportunity in the APAC markets. The biggest opportunities are with large brand marketers and fast-growing DR / performance marketers in digitally native verticals such as e-commerce. Capturing this growth at scale requires: An understanding of customers and competitors, an analysis of Facebook’s position in the markets; The envisioning of compelling value propositions that combine Facebook’s reach, data, technology and products to solve customers’ business problems; The creation of strategic bullets: communication materials that change customer perceptions and actions;


  • To lead and deliver strategic marketing initiatives for the APAC region, in close collaboration with Facebook’s channel / country marketing teams, sales teams, marketing science and creative shop teams
  • To proactively develop points of view / strategic bullets showing how Facebook can solve key customer challenges and help transform businesses for the digital age. These will include narratives, campaigns and toolkits that sales teams can proactively pitch to their clients
  • To create sticky, memorable frameworks for digital marketing, brand-building and performance marketing that influence how marketers plan their actions across platforms


Minimum Qualifications

  • 7-10 years consumer marketing experience required
  • Cross-category or cross-industry experience will be helpful
  • Experience in brand-building will be helpful
  • Experience with digital marketing and e-commerce will be an advantage
  • Understanding of TV media planning and/or performance marketing is necessary
  • Understanding of marketing science and measurement is necessary
  • Analytical ability and comfort with data ambiguity is necessary
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across the organization is necessary
  • Creative thinking and thought leadership is necessary
