The role:

We are currently looking for experienced urban designers / spatial planners to work on urban growth and regeneration projects across New Zealand. Ideally, candidates would have experience in one or more of:

- Working in a consulting environment

- Background in Architecture or Urban Design

- Background in Urban regeneration and/or master planning

- Place making

- Experience leading or playing a key role in large urban development or regeneration projects

- Involvement in proposals and bids for projects

The roles we are looking to fill would suit candidates with between 6 – 20+ years of relevant work experience.

Key skills required:

- Communication skills

- Commercial awareness and cost control

- Strong client focus (both internally and externally)

- Degree qualified

- Professional Accreditation an advantage
