The Role

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the technical innovation for Argus Heating, focusing on the application of technology into the business along with research and development. As part of the management team you will be involved in the creation, planning and implementation of business goals. Your role will also include creating an accessible and enduring technology and design capability within the business while meeting financial and feasibility criteria and by doing so creating great customer outcomes.

 

Your Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role you will be tertiary qualified with an electrical, mechanical or engineering focus, you will have extensive industry experience and involvement in product or technology development  and implementation. You will also have an organised and structured approach while being a great problem solver and results focused. Experience and a passion to lead and develop a small team along with a hands on approach will be essential in this role.
