Responsibilities encompass business, technical, operations, food safety, waste management and people elements, with relationship management and stakeholder engagement highly important to success.
Characteristically for a leader at this level, you will have sound commercial acuity, and experience in running operations of a FMCG process plant nature, with international exposure and export markets. A degree in Mechanical Engineering and business are essential qualifications.
