In addition to your significant knowledge and application of relevant legislation, and background in property and land administration, you will be an experienced leader.
Your ability to influence key stakeholders, negotiate calmly through technically challenging and politically sensitive issues, and identify and effectively address opportunities for system and process improvements, will make you stand out from the crowd.
You will also have excellent interpersonal skills, be PC literate (MS Excel intermediate to advanced level) and hold a current full drivers licence.
