The New Zealand Embassy in Warsaw is seeking a Team Administrator.
Are you motivated, organised, and wanting to work on a range of tasks as part of a great team? This role presents an opportunity to make a strong contribution to the Embassy’s work in Poland and across our accreditations. You would carry out administrative, financial, driving, and other tasks to support the Administration Manager and wider Embassy team, including communicating with the public, liaising with suppliers, and supporting Embassy events. You will be skilled at communicating in Polish and English, both in writing and orally, and be willing to take on varied tasks. Experience in administrative roles would be advantageous.
The successful applicant will be employed on local terms and conditions and must have the right to work in Poland. Obtaining and maintaining an appropriate working visa is the responsibility of the applicant and any offer of employment is subject to this. If relevant, relocation to Warsaw would be the responsibility of the applicant.
