Right now, we have an amazing career opportunity to join the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team. You'll provide leadership for talent initiatives in the Corporate portfolio across workforce planning, talent strategy, change projects (and other significant talent activity) as well as executive recruitment of roles in the Senior Leadership Team (GM and Group GM level). You'll partner directly with senior business leaders and relevant members of the HR Leadership Team to help bring to life our vision of the best experiences in attraction, selection and talent management to engage exceptional, diverse talent globally.
In collaboration with wider Talent Acquisition and HR teams, you'll broker SLAs that ensure the attraction, engagement, selection, hiring and on-boarding of top talent delivery against business current and future business requirements. You'll also support in creating, implementing and leading strategic projects and continuous improvements with a focus on Talent Acquisition's (TA) key delivery metrics and capability—lifting our operational excellence. Importantly, you'll have a significant role in TA's contribution to the People group's priorities around talent management, diversity and inclusion, employee experience and other pillars.
Key to this role is responsibility for our talent attraction strategy including our framework, technology, channel effectiveness and supplier relationships. This will involve developing tailored talent strategies for stakeholders and consulting to all of TA on emerging digital and employer branding trends--enhancing the effectiveness of our targeted sourcing of segmented candidate demographics.
As a strategic leadership role, it requires experience across:
- Executive search and senior recruitment including engaging Chief-level customers
- Business partnering, talent strategy and workforce planning (best of breed practices, developing dashboards, providing meaningful insights and calendar of events for recruitment delivery)
- Subject matter expert in leading talent attraction practices (employer branding, social media management, content marketing, capability development of TA)
