Immigration NZ London is looking for enthusiastic people to join our dynamic team. INZ London is a large offshore office set in New Zealand House, right by Trafalgar Square. London is the coolest city in Europe and the whole continent would be at your doorstep ready to be explored.
We provide visa services to a range of clients across the United Kingdom, Ireland and Europe.
The Support Officer role provides valuable administrative support within the office to ensure that the work runs smoothly and we're able to make quality decisions quickly. Ideally we are looking for people who have a strong background in administrative work of at least three years. Preference will be given to those with suitable INZ experience and/or availability to start.
To be successful in this role you will be energetic, flexible and demonstrate a passion for excellence which will help contribute to INZ London's high standards of quality, customer service and timeliness. You will need excellent data-entry skills, with good experience of Microsoft Office applications, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities whilst ensuring that day to day work is completed in a timely manner. The successful candidate will be hired as a locally engaged staff member under the employment laws of the United Kingdom. Salary starts at £23930.
