As Shopper Marketing Manager, you'll get the opportunity to work cross functionally with Insights, Category, Account Managers and the Brand teams, and you'll be the voice of the shopper across the organisation.
You'll be identifying and influencing target shoppers across the categories, retailers and channel through shopper marketing programs, providing through the line communications with consumers and shoppers.
You'll manage the development and delivery of shopper strategy through insights, and you'll support the sales team in building customer relationships and working cross functionally to build campaigns. You'll also be required to optimise shopper marketing investments and planning through ROI analysis.
To be considered for this role you'll need FMCG grocery experience of 5+ years in Shopper, Category Management or marketing roles, along with experience using Aztec, Nielsen, Shopper Tracker etc. You'll be at a level that will utilise your strategic nous yet still be operating 'hands on'!
