Reporting to the Head of Business Excellence, you will lead cross-functional end-to-end business transformation projects and support business specific continuous improvement initiatives. You will deliver Continuous Improvement training through formal workshops, and informal "Lunch and Learn" type sessions. You will coach and mentor Black Belt and Green Belt individuals through to certification as well as leading Black Belt and Green Belt project teams to deliver results within the defined timelines.

You will partner with business leaders, role modelling the WorkSmart Habits to embed the principles of WorkSmart into the DNA of our people.

As a minimum requirement, you will hold a Black Belt certification from a recognised accredited body. You will have proven experience delivering large scale end-to-end process transformation projects within in a professional services environment, with financial services experience preferred.

You will have demonstrated experience delivering training as well as leading, coaching and mentoring cross functional teams to drive transformation and influence change. Your consultative approach and experience partnering with business leaders will ensure your success. At this level, the ability to write clearly and convincingly as well as to produce and conduct top quality visual presentations is essential.
