This Senior Brand Manager role is an exciting opportunity to lead within a dynamic and innovative Auckland-based respiratory team to deliver life-changing results for NZ asthma and COPD patients. With a diverse portfolio of products as well an innovative pipeline, the potential for professional development as well a meaningful impact is significant. Reporting in to the Head of Primary Care, this role is of critical strategic importance to the GSK NZ business and will see you taking a lead role in shaping, developing and executing pre-launch and launch plans for assigned products, and monitoring of business plans for assigned products to achieve sales and profit targets within the assigned A&P budget.
Your responsibilities will include:
•The development of robust and innovative marketing plans
•Taking on a leadership role managing cross functional project teams with local, regional and global teams
•Develops business plans for assigned brands
•Takes a lead in the brand planning process and mentors others as required
•Create win-win relationships with external customers and have a strategic plan around managing these relationships
•Collaborate with medical to leverage existing relationships with external experts and advocacy groups for the good of the business
To be successful in this role you will have:
•Extensive Marketing experience within the Pharma/Healthcare/FMCG or related industry
•Proven track record of product management
•Strong tactical and strategic marketing skills.
•Strong levels of commercial acumen and analytical skills with proven experience leading teams in a complex, matrix environment.
•Sound project management skills.
•Excellent influencing skills and ability to work across boundaries with a broad range of cross functional
