Reporting to the company’s sales and marketing lead, your remit is driving activities to grow the business. Leading a small sales team, you will provide structure, direction and support ensuring alignment and achievement of sales and business goals.   A visible influential position, hands on with distributor and end user customers, critical to your success will be a customer centred focus and your combination of personal presence, commercial and analytical expertise. 


Ambitious and proactive, you can demonstrate success in motivating others and are ready to develop further in your leadership career. With a structured approach to customer engagement and development, your experience in food service includes wider commercial aspects of pricing, tendering, contract negotiation, forecasting and planning. As well as leading a team, there is opportunity to contribute to business strategy and formulation of ideas to drive growth, including NPD.
