Remuneration Manager/Senior Manager


We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join our established Reward and remuneration-focused team in Auckland. As part of our People Advisory Services division, you’ll collaborate with our worldwide team to solve international HR and business issues. Your reputation will grow as you plan and implement strategic HR programs across our Reward practice. In our friendly, collaborative environment, you’ll receive the support, formal training and coaching you need to progress quickly along the career path you choose.

As a senior professional in our team you'll also provide advice on remuneration strategy and design, together with the commercial implications of remuneration issues. Your experience in delivering high quality remuneration advice; directing/managing project teams; and building strong client and team relationships will enable you to make a valuable contribution to our client vision and strategy.

About the Opportunity:

  • Liaising with CEOs and Boards, Human Resources Directors and  remuneration professionals in major companies

  • Developing  impactful reward solutions to support business strategy

  • Directing /managing project team deliverables

  • Leading/supporting internal and external marketing and business development initiatives

About you:

In your role as a Manager/Senior Manager you’ll have:

  • A strong track record in, remuneration and reward advice and solution implementation.  This may include the development of remuneration plans, reward strategy and incentive plan design

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Strong time management and people management capabilities with the ability to remain focused and productive in a fast paced environment.

  • Potentially previous consulting firm experience

  • Experience in managing senior executive stakeholders
