Reporting to the National Operations Manager and located in the Auckland office, this role is responsible for managing the warehouse, stock and delivery operations, and a team of 20 staff, to ensure quick and accurate goods delivery to customers throughout the region. Other key responsibilities include creating a team environment that fosters accountability and performance, managing vehicle fleet maintenance and overseeing health and safety responsibilities within the operations area.

To be successful in this role, leadership experience in the operational warehouse and transportation sector within a high volume and fast-paced freight delivery environment will be of value, as will strong leadership coaching capabilities with the ability to inspire others. You will have a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and advanced communication skills. You will also be analytical, highly organised and time sensitive, with competencies in operating company systems and procedures.
