New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) works with some of New Zealand's most innovative and forward-thinking companies, helping them grow internationally. Our people are based in 50 offices, working across 24 time zones and communicating in 40 languages to support New Zealand businesses in over 100 countries.
What you’ll be doing:
Based in our Singapore office, the purpose of this role is to coordinate and implement New Zealand Trade and Enterprise’s (NZTE) global communications strategy in East Asia. Working on all marketing and communication and event activities for the Region.
You will be responsible for the Creation and delivery of a clear communications strategy to support the region’s objectives and all offices from the regional hub.
Whilst working with the Regional Marketing and Communications Manager, you will have the opportunity to play an important role in building favourability and recognition on behalf of New Zealand businesses among key business and government audiences across the region.
The right person for this role will be a dynamic communicator who can build rapport quickly and trusted relationships with anyone. We need a critical minded, deep listening, decision maker who has the dedication to understand what we are needing to achieve.
Due to the pace and sophistication of our organisation we need someone who can think ahead and think holistically. Your big picture thinking, and impressive problem-solving skills will mean you are a natural eliminator of roadblocks, which will be key to your success.
You will be high energy and self-directed and a very accountable member of our team.
To strive in this role, you will have a solid amount of multi-market experience that you have gained from a relevant industry within the East Asia Region.
