Building on the vision to grow its investment in the production of consistently high quality manuka honey, the Regional Manager will lead the Southern North Island Apiculture operations teams and develop new business. The field teams are experienced in hive management and in harvesting the honey. Providing motivational and focused leadership, seasonal operational planning, logistics, quality standards, and building capacity and capability in the teams are core elements to the role. Developing a land strategy for the expansion of production, and building and maintaining relationships with land owners, contractors and local authorities is important for business growth.

- Experience within the agricultural/horticultural sector, ideally with logistics and operational leadership.
- High calibre relationship and communication skills.
- Proven modern leadership approach.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to communicate and lead vision.
