We are looking for someone who is confident and comfortable recruiting good people. We want someone with a positive approach, who enjoys coming to work. We don't need a huge amount of experience and experience recruiting professionals is highly valued. Your willingness to learn, your commitment and capabilities are what are more important. You will be professional, bright, ideally with tertiary qualifications, be detail conscious and able to write well. Knowledge of project and change management is preferred. There will be opportunities to develop into client facing activities.
Our key criteria is that you can match good people with good clients. You must be able to identify good potential people, matching their behaviours, character, motivation and skills with each role. Our reputation is important to us and we keep it by finding the right people for our clients and also by placing people in roles where they can be successful.
You will join a small team in a busy office. We work hard and we enjoy working with each other. A good sense of humour helps a lot.
