Digital Frontier is seeking a Proposal Writer/Marketing Coordinator in our Chengdu office, this position supports staff across all regions the company operates in – China, US, Australia. The qualified candidate will have previous experience in proposal writing and management, marketing communications development and management, support top executives, and the ability to assist multiple staff concurrently.

Position: Full Time/Regular         Location:  Chengdu Sichuan        Job Level: Mid-Career (2+ years)

Roles and Responsibilities

1.       Proposal Writer and Management文案撰写与管理:

Manage the proposal writing and presentation creation process from start to finish; understand proposal requirement and ensure content and qualification match; assemble, edit, and ensure timely submission of proposals.

Essential to have good command of writing and expressing ideas in written form.

Identify current and upcoming sources of data on new opportunities; search for RFPs / RFIs / RFQs through organization websites, news feeds, and search engines.

Ensure company is a registered / preferred vendor with current and target clients;

Maintain regional marketing materials, resumes, and project information consistent with corporate practices.


良好的写作能力,并能以书面形式表达思想。确定新业务机遇方面当前和未来的数据来源;通过组织网站、新闻和搜索引擎搜索RFPs / RFIs / RFQs。


2.       Business Development业务发展:

Support regional sales teams in nurturing existing and growing professional network; organize meetings, lunch / dinner meetings with contacts at direction of senior managers; organize marketing events such as seminars, symposiums and local professional dinners.

Design, Plan and Execute cross-channel marketing campaigns in line with business objectives. Support development of new opportunities and contacts established from these campaigns.


3.       Market Intelligence市场情报:

Review articles, news, and other publications for trends in industry / practice / firm of interest. Summarize and share with region / managers.

Track information regarding economic and business trends in regional, domestic and international markets; identify and monitor local professional organizations for upcoming events and organize PMA attendance to selected events.

Maintain current marketing status, client information and current contract information in company database.


Required Experience and Education所需经验及学历:

B.S./B.A. degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related field.

Several years(minimum of 2) of experience working in the capacity of a proposal or marketing specialist.

Demonstrated experience in managing high-quality proposals.

Demonstrated ability to organize marketing campaigns for local offices.


Experience in using graphical packages for developing proposals, marketing brochures and similar documents, Adobe programs (InDesign, Illustrator) preferred; proficient in the use of various MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Demonstrated ability to perform research, compile and analyze data, and write clear, concise and accurate reports on marketing subjects.

Ability to deal with clients, including public officials with diplomacy and tact.

Salary and Benefits commensurate with market and candidate experience.
