As one of four reporting to the Group Manager, the Programme Manager will lead the design, development and implementation of Programme and Project management methodology, risk frameworks and lead the team managing and delivering a wide range of property projects across the organisation. As part of the Property Leadership team you will also actively contribute to delivering transformational change in the performance and culture of the department.
You will be tertiary and project management qualified and be able to point to proven relevant experience in complex programme and project management and delivery. You will have a minimum of 10 years experience in leading teams and managing contractors coupled with experience in establishing programme controls, systems and processes.
