The Client

Our client is one of New Zealand's largest and most innovative Digital Media Houses and they have recently won one of NZ's largest and most coveted accounts. Hence this is an opportunity to enter into and work with the brightest, sharpest and most innovative minds in Programmatic and Campaign Management.  


The Team

The role reports into the Head of Digital Media and will be working with and amongst an team of highly skilled permanent and contract SEM and Programmatic specialists.

The culture is very communicative and supportive as this team is doing some of the most exciting work in NZ search at the moment in SEM and Programmatic. 


Your Success Profile

The successful applicants will be selected based on following requirements across the two different levels of roles:

1. PROGRAMMATIC SPECIALISTS (skills and requirements)

  • Strategy & Planning - be able to demonstrate a full understanding of programmatic strategy
  • Implementation - be able to offer guidance & be effective at trouble-shooting campaign set-up
  • Performance Tracking & Optimisation - ensure delivery of programmatic campaigns (spend tracking) and optimisation of programmatic campaign performance
  • Reporting & Analysis - provide programmatic insights & data analysis


2. PROGRAMMATIC CAMPAIGN MANAGERS (skills & requirements)

  • Strategy & Planning - possess a basic understanding of programmatic strategy
  • Implementation - be able to set-up programmatic campaign in buying platforms
  • Performance Tracking & Optimisation - conduct campaign entry into spend tracker
  • Reporting & Analysis -  can ensure integrity of data reported in Pulse dashboards

Added "nice to haves' are:

  • experienced in dealing with blue chip/ corporate clients and who is able, through case study or otherwise, to demonstrate their role in successfully developing, delivering and implementing an well rounded Programmatic campaign for a large scale client on their own or as part of a team  
  • well presented/smart dresser with excellent presentation skills 
  • articulate and charming with clients and other team members 
  • possesses a demonstrable top grade understanding of the ROI and strength/role of a successful Programmatic strategy and how it relates to the entire corporate digital campaign strategy
  • does not need hand holding 
  • is a Programmatic 'thought leader' demonstrated through industry activity or Linkedin presence/brand
  • seeking a new professional home working with and for some of the brightest Programmatic and Media minds in the country
  • be able to interview and begin work asap
