We have exciting opportunities in our coaching and consulting team within our Transalpine People and Capability (P&C) service. This will mean you will be part of the Canterbury DHB providing service and support to the West Coast.

About the role
You will welcome the opportunity to provide the full range of coaching and consulting services with a focus on HR and ER. You will be part of a team developing solutions in a culture of shared ideas and learning as we improve processes and enhance service quality. Your role will include collaboration with senior leaders to develop and implement change as we move toward a fully integrated health service.
