Southern Rehab leads the way in providing world-class integrated injury rehabilitation services in the South Island, bringing together expertise in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Clinical Psychology, Occupational Health Nursing, Musculoskeletal and Rehabilitation Medicine and Vocational services. As a Lead Supplier for the Vocational Rehabilitation Services to ACC throughout the South Island, Southern Rehab is growing quickly and have expanded their base in Christchurch to include teams in Dunedin, Nelson and Cromwell, with satellite clinics in Balclutha, Blenheim and Rangiora.

Southern Rehab is embarking on an ambitious growth strategy and is seeking to appoint an Operations Manager to lead the operational function of their rehabilitation clinics. Reporting to the Director of Growth Projects, the focus of this new role will be to ensure excellence in the delivery of service performance for both the newly acquired businesses and the existing clinics that have been part of the organisation for some time. Leading the administration team, this role will have responsibility for the improvement of systems, processes and policies, enabling improved productivity and efficiency, whilst also providing an innovative and focused delivery of organisational strategy.

Applicants will have proven experience in a senior operations management role, with a track record of continual operational improvement across the business, along with demonstrated experience leading people and managing change. Exceptional communication and relationship building skills are essential together with well-developed commercial acumen and an innovative and proactive approach. Proven ability and experience with systems improvement/consolidation is also important, together with a willingness to roll up your sleeves & be comfortable working with the detail when required.
