Reporting to the Manager Online Channel you will be part of a team to maximize revenue, drive marketing effectiveness to deliver a world-class online and mobile presence.

As an Online Sales Executive you will be responsible for the day to day management and development of content for China consumer websites. This is a varied role where you will not only play a part in growing China's digital indirect revenue through winning market share from varies e-commerce portals (e.g. Fliggy), you will also drive web content delivery on our varies digital channels which will deliver a world class user experience to enhance and strengthen Air New Zealand's brand in the market place. You will have ownership in leading campaign work including creative artwork, campaign page set up and database management to achieve best user experience, eDM click rate and open rate.

With an understanding of the e-commerce and digital marketing sphere you will have a knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing and other internet marketing models. System savvy, you will be confident working with the Content Management System (CMS) to assist in the completion of content briefs as well as understanding the full content and production process. You will also have an understanding of sales conversion activities which will see you winning market share from other airlines.

Your proven skills in digital related field would equip you with the technical skills required in this position but it will be your flexibility and the confidence to work under pressure combined with your proactive approach that will set you apart from the rest. You will also have previous experience with web/on-line content experience in the China market and be fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken) as well as English.
