The Office Manager is responsible for providing high-level support to the Trade Commissioner and contributing to the efficient operation of the Ho Chi Minh office. This hands-on role offers variety. You will be involved in a range of finance, administration, market research, event management, and office management activities.
You will need to have fantastic attention to detail, knowledge and understanding of business processes - including financials, payroll and market research skills. You will have superb written and oral communication skills in both Vietnamese and English. We are looking for someone who is great at multi-tasking, highly skilled in using MS office software; Word, Excel, Power Point.
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- 7 years or more commercial experience in accounting, contract management or research related roles. A qualification in finance, accounting related areas is desirable.
- Excellent problem solving skills, including the ability to identify root causes and recommend solutions.

This role is locally engaged and based in our Ho Chi Minh City office so you will need to have the right to work and live in Vietnam to apply.
