Leading the sales team within this specialised industrial division, it is a wide commercial role with opportunity to apply your operational and strategic expertise to achieve business results. A combination of sales leadership with typical customer planning, pipeline management and reporting, you will also contribute to strategic new business initiatives. Requiring agility, at times it is a tactical position growing and leading the national team of technical sales account managers, ensuring short notice projects are well managed and executed, and ensuring high quality customer management.
You will be a strategic and commercially focused sales leader, adaptable and solutions focused, entrepreneurial to capitalise on opportunities and implement for successful outcomes. Utilising your insights into the challenges related to managing hazardous waste, such as chemicals, paint, oil and medical waste, this position will appeal for its high impact. An exceptionally strong relationship builder, you will be collaborative with your technical expertise, enjoy the rewards of developing and mentoring a national sales team who collaborate with the business to inspire strong long-term relationships.
