Due to sustained growth they are now seeking a National Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership to the production, supply chain and customer service functions. This newly created role reports to the Managing Director and can be based in either Rangiora or Kerikeri. You will oversee the day to day management of operations, ensuring product specification and customer expectations are met. You will also contribute to the commercial performance of Promax Plastics by ensuring products meet explicit and implicit requirements and specifications, and quality standards are met within a safe working environment.
Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you will have established senior management experience in a production or manufacturing environment and demonstrated experience with quality assurance methodologies. You will have proven ability to effectively lead and motivate a team and their performance, strong commercial acumen, and be an effective communicator, guiding and supporting your team to achieve great outcomes. Your strong planning and analytical problem-solving skills will be crucial to your success as well as your passion for continuous improvement. You will also possess a passion and ability to deliver a customer centric culture and service excellence across the business.
