We currently have a unique opportunity for a high performing and experienced sales professional to join the team in this pivotal leadership role.

Your role will be to lead and inspire one of the leading field sales teams in the country to become a world class team that has strong partnerships with our customers and delivers real results.  The key objectives for the role include delivery of Net Sales, Profit and Instore Execution targets and critically you will need to do this through developing and enabling a field team of 160 people.

Leveraging technology and mining rich data for real insights will be fundamental to the success of the team and you will play a key role in driving this in a business that has a tonne of global focus on its go to market model.

You will currently be a high flying Field Sales Manager or in a senior customer facing role within another organisation and looking for a very chunky leadership role in a company that is certain to give you the next challenge you are looking for in your career.  Talent is a pre requisite but industry experience is not so if you are knocking it out of the park outside of FMCG, get in touch now!
