Today we are a global market leader in respiratory humidification and sleep apnea therapy. We have recently diversified into a new business area by taking our current technologies and applying them into a new context, the operating theatre.  This new Surgical Humidification business is becoming a leading innovator, introducing improved surgical methods to hospitals to improve patient care and outcomes.  

We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned technical marketer to head up our Surgical Humidification marketing team. In this role you will be at the heart of our success as we constantly strive to find new and unique ways to reach and truly connect with our customers in this new market.

This exciting and challenging opportunity requires a special candidate to step up and develop strategic insight into how we can better meet the needs of our customers both now and into the future. To do this you will possess the ability to understand the market dynamics, map out potential markets and have a strong grounding in the true market needs of our customers and patients.

Reporting to the Surgical Humidification General Manager and leading a team of Product Managers you will draw on your ability to align, develop and get the best out of your team.  You will be instrumental in helping to formulate the strategic direction of the business, craft concise marketing messages that resonate with our customers and oversee the successful launch and on-going support of our products in the global market.

Must haves are:

  • A marketing degree
  • Technical marketing experience (preferably in medical devices)
  • Excellent communication
  • Experience in a regulated environment
  • Solid experience in managing people
  • A proactive approach to marketing 

You will have a strong business acumen, understand our patients and be able to build credible and lasting relationships with our customers, clinicians, physicians and sales managers around the world. To achieve this international travel will be required.
