Christchurch based and reporting to the Insurance Adviser, you will provide support with Life, Disability & Health insurance writing and administration processes for Tony Mounce Mortgage Insurance clients. This is a ‘hands on’ role where you will develop strong relationships to fully understand clients’ insurance requirements and assist with ensuring referrals are converted effectively.

You will be responsible for assisting the Insurance Adviser with preparing and processing insurance applications to provide the best possible service, coupled with accurately updating the CRM system. You will cultivate credible relationships with existing clients and referrals as well as liaise with Advisers, Insurers and other stakeholders to assist in the accurate completion of insurance applications and policies, including renewals and pre/post approval management.

To be successful you will have experience in a similar administrative support role within the insurance industry and be able to ‘hit the ground running’. You will be adaptable, have exceptional customer service and organisation skills as well as excellent attention to detail. Your ability to multi task, meet tight deadlines, work autonomously in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication coupled with strong Microsoft Word, Excel and CRM skills are vital.
