Reporting to the Group GM - Transport, you will champion the creation and deployment of game changing innovation for internal and external customers. Working with HWR’s businesses and stakeholders, you will develop and apply innovation to leverage opportunities and streamline processes across the Group.
By building strong internal relationships and understanding the drivers of business unit success and problem analysis, you will identify opportunities to apply innovation while articulating and managing its programme delivery and deployment within the business. You will provide overarching innovation leadership to all operations within the HW Richardson Group in order to deliver its vision of game changing transport, while building on its existing reputation.
Your Skills and Experience
You will have proven expertise of managing the ideation, validation and deployment of innovation as well as your ability to quickly build trust and credibility. You will have an engaging interpersonal style and a true passion for driving business innovation. Sound commercial judgement, a structure and outcomes approach to delivery, excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills will be key to your success in this role.
