Covering a sabbatical they require a pragmatic and flexible HR professional to cover from late September until early February.  A generalist role and supported by an HR Administrator, you will partner with line managers to provide the full suite of HR services and advice ensuring the delivery of the HR plan.  A growing and highly dynamic company, your ability to coach and support the business with change will be valued.  With around 90 staff based in Newmarket, their culture is people centric, tight knit, collaborative and social.  Solid generalist HR experience is required as is the ability to build credibility at leadership level.  Experience in the technology, digital or online service industry would be ideal.  

This is a great contract role to take you through into 2017 in a company with vision, purpose and integrity.
