ABOUT THE ROLE
This role blends technical programmatic expertise with commercial and leadership nous. You’ll evaluate and manage all platforms within the programmatic ad stack, using your technical expertise to resolve issues, and will identify opportunities to improve both products and processes.
Your highest priority will be to ensure that clients receive a high-quality product experience.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, media and key clients
• Own programmatic pitch rates
• Manage and inspire your team of programmatic professionals
• Evaluate and manage all platforms within the programmatic ad stack
• Oversee PMP creation, management and upkeep
• Troubleshoot top level deal issues
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
We are looking for an accomplished programmatic professional with a deep appreciation for the agency space. With strong, senior level experience you will have proven skills in managing enterprise-level clients and will be known as a great people-manager.
You’ll be equally comfortable with your hands on the programmatic tools, troubleshooting complex campaigns, as you will be in the boardroom, discussing programmatic pitch rates.
· Senior level experience with leading programmatic strategy and operations

· Proven skills in team leadership
· Knowledge of agency operations and culture
· Friendly manner & excellent client relationship skills
