ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you’ll lead the agency’s digital proposition, working with some of NZ’s largest brands to set the digital agenda.
Working closely with the client account leads, your role is to continue building this agency’s digital offering, looking at how excellence is defined across digital strategy, planning and implementation. You’ll be able to call on your experience in other media agency environments to take a view on systems and processes, and how the ‘Big Picture’ translates into the digital output.
Developing and managing the ever-growing team is a big part of this role so you’ll look to lead from the front - engendering trust, encouraging initiative and securing loyalty.
· Define digital strategy for some of NZ’s leading brands.
· Lead on client relationships from a digital perspective.
· Build, manage and upskill your team of digital media experts.
· Determine and streamline the digital workflow.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
We are looking for a digital leader within the media agency space who can create fruitful relationships with clients, inspire and motivate the team, set up effective workflows and run the digital P&L.
A seasoned practitioner in digital media strategy and planning, you are looking to be challenged beyond the day-to-day of account leadership. You’ll be ready to step up and develop the overarching digital agenda.
· Ability to lead digital at a senior level, with the influence needed to make change within businesses.
· Staff management and leadership, including developing departmental outputs across digital planning.
· Wide knowledge of digital from concept through to implementation.
· Experience working on & winning large pitches.
