Enjoy using your creativity & leadership to help push some of Coco’s latest projects such as: private dining, courtyard functions, a second prep kitchen, a delivery and takeaway concept, an off-site kitchen garden and ongoing development of collaborative relationships with the industry - so lots to keep you busy!
You’re a creative cook rather than the straight-out technician; as Coco’s style is rustic Italian, there is no room to hide behind the genius of the suvee or layers of expensive product. You either have, or can develop, a strong understanding of costings, training, food safety, stock control, ordering etc, as after 10 years our systems are on lock.
Our leadership style is positive and compassionate compared to an old-school kitchen, so your style will naturally lean this way too. Naturally you have experience cooking Italian/Mediterranean cuisine.
