What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead a team of 70 including the Culture & People, Internal Communications and Team Experience teams. Providing strategic leadership to drive cultural transformation will be critical, while embedding strong foundational people practices to build a compelling and differentiated employment brand.
About youYou bring more than 15 years of HR leadership experience, including leading large multidisciplinary teams in a multinational, ASX or NZX listed organisation. Your strategic agility, executive presence, commercial acumen and influencing skills will have been honed through your experience at a senior executive level.
With knowledge of the NZ employment and industrial relations landscape, you have true generalist experience across all areas of Human Resources with insight to global best practices. You’re well able to develop a people strategy and translate it into operational plans, as well as lead cultural transformation.
