Proudly designed and produced in Dunedin since 2002, Escea indoor and outdoor gas fires now grace some of the finest homes worldwide.  A New Zealand manufacturing success story, Escea is seeking an innovative General Manager to lead operations to support the company’s significant ongoing growth.

The General Manager will lead the business and have input into the development and delivery of strategic objectives.  Key focuses will include maintaining smart customer and supplier relationships, and ensuring financial success and ongoing growth.  Retaining and developing high performing staff and ensuring the achievement of sales targets, operational efficiency, research and development, and a strong health and safety culture are critical.  Leadership experience in a dynamic production environment and an understanding of LEAN principles is desirable, as is the ability to thrive in a non-corporate, fast paced setting.
