Community Living is a dynamic organisation who is looking for a strategic GM to help embed the transformational work that has been undertaken in recent years – all with the aim of delivering quality services in a person-centred way.

  • On a daily basis, the GM will lead the team who develops and delivers innovative services that are responsive to the life dreams, desires and goals of the people supported.  Business as usual is focused on ensuring the people they support are seen and considered as citizens – just like everyone else.

  • Experience in leading complex operations with multiple stakeholders
  • Successful leadership of large staff teams
  • Previous role with strong people focus
  • Ability to delegate purposefully
  • High level of resilience
  • Ability to lead through others
  • Unafraid to take calculated risks
  • High level of commitment to the task at hand
  • A strong values base and focus on social justice
