Argus Heating Ltd is a leading specialist in electrical heating element design and manufacture for over 50 years, providing bulk container heating solutions to industrial and commercial clients across the world as well as domestic industrial heating elements. The Role

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for planning, leading and delivering the sales strategy. Building and leading a team, you will work strategically to create a culture shift in the business to a market centric approach borne from solid market research and analysis to actively win new business. Additionally, you will have key accountabilities across marketing and sales, investment and compliance which will positively impact the business. Your ability and experience working internationally to build and maintain relationships will allow you to understand customer drivers first hand and build tailored sales solutions.

 

Your Skills and Experience

You will have a proven track record of exceptional networking skills to position yourself as an industry expert while building confidence and awareness of the product range and business. You will have the ability to ensure compliance across operational aspects of the business while working in partnership with international clients in the packaging sector to develop and deliver creative heating solutions. Proven experience in the international trade of industrial products and the willingness to travel between 100 – 140 days per year to secure business will be required. Ideally you will be tertiary qualified, have international commercial experience and have worked in the industrial sector or similar.
