Reporting to the GM Sales and Marketing and leading a management team of five, this role will drive the new strategic direction and lead business operations for food service and retail across New Zealand, Australia and French Polynesia. After a period of change and simplification of structure, the GM Oceania will focus on bringing stability and cultural growth, along with strong sales disciplines and consolidation of key accounts towards the value end.

Successful candidates will be senior leaders and commercially astute, along with a demonstrated history of successful sales team leadership, key account management and the delivery of profitable business growth. Previous experience within the food/FMCG and/or manufacturing sectors is preferred, along with proven experience building capability and successfully leading a team on a journey through change.
