The Role

Reporting to the CEO,the GM Marketing and Brand will develop and execute marketing and brand strategies to help achieve sales targets and grow the business. You will achieve this through providing meaningful consumer insights and trends to capture market opportunities.

This newly created autonomous role will work closely with the executive team and has total oversight of the marketing, digital, brand, research, NPD and internal and external communications strategy and delivery. You will contribute to the strategic and commercial growth of the business through the development of creative and innovative food marketing and brand strategies while ensuring astute financial management. Importantly, you will lead the transformation of the company from a commodity producer to a digitally driven, consumer led FMCG business.


Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, it is essential you have significant senior marketing and/or brand management experience with a proven track record in international market development. You will be a strategic and innovative thinker with strong brand insight and marketing knowledge.

You will be entrepreneurial by nature and have a consumer-led philosophy toward business and new product development. Above all, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a passion for working in a fast-paced agile environment.
