Reporting to the Directors, this role is responsible for the results of the business through successful leadership, strategic planning and execution across sales, operations and financial management. Whilst developing a professional culture, this role has a strong focus on managing continued sales growth throughout the New Zealand market. This role also leads the entire commercial activities of the business to maximise the efficiency, productivity and profitability of the business.
Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role you will be a strategic thinker and able to demonstrate previous success in business leadership and business development, ideally with some exposure to or affinity with the construction or equipment related sector. Through your interpersonal style and commercial acumen you will build trust and gain respect from the team, key stakeholders and clients at a corporate and industry level in order to continue LiftX Ltd’s commercial success.
