The General Manager provides overall direction to the organisation, reports to the Board and will drive strategy and delivery of effective business plans to build on current success.  Leading the team and growing capability, the role includes managing financials, major development and acquisition projects, marketing and communications whilst ensuring operational performance across multiple sites.

The diverse stakeholder group creates complexity in which differing needs of internal and external parties are balanced to deliver successful outcomes.  These include local and central government officials, funders, developers and local community members.

A dynamic leadership opportunity, this will appeal to a naturally collaborative individual, with an inspiring attitude, exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to creating excellent customer experiences in a community sector.  Of importance is demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive growth.  Sound commercial expertise will be utilised in leading development projects, funding and managing external relationships to enable seamless delivery of results.  Financial and operational management expertise within the health, not-for-profit or public sector is a preferred background.
