The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will assist ADNZ to achieve its mission by developing and leading the organisations strategic fundraising as well as the marketing and communication functions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and developing marketing and communication strategies across all channels
  • Developing multiple and sustainable revenue streams
  • Developing multiple channels to engage with donors

Working in a small team, you will need to be able to roll up your sleeves and oversee all fundraising initiatives while managing marketing and communications, as well as maintaining and cultivating existing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.  

Skills & Experience

To succeed you will have previous experience in a similar role, implementing and leading fundraising activities at corporate and community levels. Your ability to nurture donor relationships at various levels and develop and sustain strong relationships with a diverse range of the community will be imperative to your success. An understanding and knowledge of the media as well as experience using digital media will be essential. You will have excellent written and verbal skills and possess a high level of organisational skills, enthusiasm, energy and passion.
