Our client is looking for a driven, organised and experience Senior Front-End Developer to join their growing team. A successful candidate will focus on the usability, functionality and overall user experience of a website and mobile apps in Android and iOS.

This candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in Front End Development and be an expert across JavaScript, HTML and CSS. You will need to have an eye for design, an understanding of UI and experience working with server side NodeJS code.

As an integral part of a buy team, this candidate will be responsible for designing and building solutions for diverse requirements across web and data. They will have strong communication skills, love of working in a collaborative team environment and are calm under pressure.

This role has loads of opportunity to further develop skills and build on experience as a developer. There is growth opportunities within the company as well!

 

Required Experience:

  • • 5+ years’ experience and skills in Front End Developing (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)

 

Required Skills:

  • • Experience in EmberJS or a willingness to learn
  • • Understanding of both development and design
  • • Understanding of development of Mobile Apps (Android & iOS)
  • • Mentor intermediate Front End Developer
  • • Experience developing efficient, well-structured web-based applications
  • • Confident working in an Agile environment
  • Outstanding JavaScript/HTML/CSS skills
  • • Familiarity with single page web applications
  • • 1-2 years in NodeJS
  • • Work well in a team and autonomously 

 

Desired Skills:

  • • Experience with JavaScript based mobile app development a bonus
  • • EmberJS experience a bonus
  • • Implementing and maintaining style pattern libraries

 

Required Qualifications:

  • • Tertiary degree preferred

• Pragmatic and able to adapt to a dynamic environment that is growing fast

• Self-motivated
