The Role

Prime Pump is seeking a dynamic individual to join their small, close-knit team. Reporting to the General Manager, your key responsibilities will include managing the company’s financial administration, accounts and accounting systems.  This includes monthly invoicing, GST, accounts payable and receivable, entering orders, cost and stock analysis & management and preparing monthly management reports. This role will also oversee the IT system providing support and heading the implementation of a CRM system. Additionally you will also be required to manage and support a part-time administrator.

Your Skills and Experience

To be successful, you will be tertiary qualified and ideally have previous experience in a similar role.  You will have strong financial administration and accounts experience as well as a robust understanding of IT systems.  You will be highly adaptable and flexible with a passion for continuous improvement of systems and processes.  You will have a ‘hands on’ approach to problem solving, strong communication skills and be well organised with good time management. In addition, you need an excellent work ethic and the ability to use your initiative.
