Your new company International business specialising in the servicing of highly technical industrial equipment and systems, our client is a major player in a very niche part of the electrical sector. With offices based across the country, their deliver high quality work on complex pieces of equipment. To continue providing a high level of service to their loyal client base, they now need a specialist Electric Motor Rewinder to join them.
Your new role Your role will be based in the workshop and also on site for the service of bigger structures. You will be working on repair and maintenance of a broad range of electric motors and generators, from small to large, AC, DC and variety of voltages. Your work will be detailed, working on the copper wirings and testing and commissioning of the motors.
What you'll need to succeed Trades qualification as an Electric Motor Rewinder or Armature Rewinder would be preferred; however experienced in the field on a variety of motors is mandatory. You have a minimum of an EST A and B, or an EWRB registration. If your qualifications/experience are not local, you need to show a valid work permit and already be in NZ or with a set arrival date to NZ. The role will become permanent for the right person.
