To complement the firm’s international growth strategy, the Board is seeking to identify and appoint an Independent Director with significant experience in an internationally focused market development role. You will be able to demonstrate success in creating a commanding brand presence and market positioning for new products – ideally with experience in UK and Asian markets. Active networks within international engineering or construction sectors would be highly advantageous.
Your Skills and Experience
You will be a strategic thinker who can join the links between international engineering challenges to Farra’s bespoke engineering capability. A strong appreciation of governance best practice with previous governance experience or exposure is required. Also critical is your ability to confidently and constructively challenge the status quo and work collaboratively as a governance team. Spades of energy and enthusiasm are required to commit to this exciting opportunity – taking some of New Zealand’s best innovation to the world.
