With a growing presence, a nationwide provider of tourism and transport services is looking for an outgoing, down to earth and developing Office Manager/Executive Assistant to ensure the smooth running of their head-office based in Ellerslie.
Typical in this role is providing Executive Support across planning of communications, meetings, presentations, travel and events; all elements of the CEO’s demanding portfolio. A hybrid position, your responsibilities will also include the day-to-day operations of the office as well as providing HR, health and safety and sales support. With a vast remit, this role provides stimulation and challenge.
We are looking for a vibrant, polished and professional individual with a can-do attitude. You will have a collaborative and articulate communication style, with the ability to build relationships across the business. Ideally, with previous administration and/or PA experience, you will have the ability to juggle multiple priorities, possess a keen eye for detail and be able to work in a fast paced and lively environment.
